pain ..need answer please?
Hi, quite a few years ago i pulled my back and over the years it has been very painful which comes and goes which you all may feel those with back pain!

Anyway lately been filling shelves at work and now feeling very stiff which have had b4 loads but the pain is in lower back and goes to front of the top of my legs, there is also like a pushing pain in where my bladder is...feels bit like cycstitis but no pain.
Really getting to me as im up in the night weeing around 5 times!!

Is this pain below due to my back?

i think you need to see a doc once bladder or bowels are affected by back pain...please don't ignore it X

It would seem that your have disc impingement in lower lumbar spinal areas and first sacral,these nerve supplies your bowl,sex organs and sciatic nerve which crosses over your thigh towards inside of knee.You really need to see a GP,and should be sent for MRI,to further get a clear picture. In the meantime you need to rest and will possibly receive painkillers or antiinflammatories.

Should have added, also puts pressure on Bladder areas and thus the need for frequent urination,your symptoms have obviously been aggravated,possibility work related.

I have been to a Chriopractor over the last few years and really i know whats wrong with my back.
Ive had some water tests done and think ive got a irritable bladder so the docs gave me some pills...all the tests came back normal.

I have had a bad back for years due to pulling my back at work.

Lately i have been having probs sleeping as keep weeing in the night and as i start work early was making me very low I also had a bladder invection which didnt help.
Over the last week or so ive pulled my back again and was getting this pushing pain ....the doc did a urine test which came back normal but said due to my infection b4 prob started a irritable bladder and as not sleeping prob all to do with nerves

I can compose an acucpuncture scheme for the hurt areas of the spine
simple enough to do yourself as the points may be on fingers joints
or around the nails.
Just marking the points by a colour pen already helps.
