I've had a few clients with painful lumps in their low back/ glut region. They're the size of my thumbs. Can anyone tell me what they might be. They don't feel like muscle. I've been reluctant to work on them directly without knowing what they are, so I have just loosened the tissues around them. Any help would be great. Thanks.
