I had one of my regular clients come to me today and ask if I do pakage deals. And this is the type of client you want to keep happy. She has been getting massage for about 14 years and stays with her massage therapist. Since she starting doing massage she has only had two other massage therapist. One retired and one moved to far away for her to go see her. I have seen her every other week for the last 2 months. She has never missed an apointment, nor has she ever been late for one. She has infact refered someone to me, and wants more cards to pass out when I get my new ones. She fallowed me through the move I recently made with no complaints. Annyways....She asked about pakages, she said that the other therapists that she went and saw did them and wanted to know if I did them as well. She also made the comment that she liked comming every other week but it was beggining to get a little to expencive now. What I wanted to know was how should I go about doing this? At first I thought about doing 20% off but after doing the math I only pocket 37$/her 90min massage. Math: $65 - $13 (the 20%) = $52 from client.$52 - $15 (room rental fee) = $37 going into my pocket. Am I being to petty? Should I do this to keep a client happy? Who may turn into one of those Angle Clients.Sorry for the long post! And THANKS IN ADVANCE ;D
