I don't normally do couples solo, usually bring PHNINE with me for duos, but if you are going to the club by yourself I could help Mrs Zanner.

Never park in the shadows, or in back. Your car could easily be broken into and no-one will see.

At least by the street, a break in could be seen by a passing cop.

Thieves aren't interested in complications.

Solid advice.

The lovely Sara Valentine, who once toiled at the 'Care, told me that her car was broken into one time. She even watched the culprit from one of the windows, but was naked and somewhat shit out of luck.

If you want to be really safe and enjoy a nice little walk, park at the Canadian Tire on the Allen.

I used to park my car across the street too. Until one time I came out and it was gone. I felt sick. Damn, somebody stole it, not surprising; brand new car, with a lot of stuff inside including my wallet. Just took some cash with me inside.

Then I noticed the signs about parking only for customers, bla bla bla, violators wil be towed, never paid attention to these signs before. Finally tracked down my car to impound lot and paid ransom for it, what a pirate business that is.

Thereafter parked at the paid parking lot of the building due east of AC, which had a parking attendant. Worth the few dollars.

But I stopped going to AC more than 5 years ago, I think. Maybe things are different now.

Also since then, usually take my wallet with me.

That's hilarious.

One time, I leant my old piece of shit car to an ex and she blew the engine out by driving it in Low2 on the Highway. (Threw a rod). I came and picked her up, and checked under the hood and the entire engine was soaked in coolant and oil. I left the car at the side of the highway figuring I'd deal with it in the morning.

In the morning it was gone. I called the OPP and they told me that the car was impounded at Lyons towing in Mississauga. I called them up and asked if they had my car....

"Yep, it's here"

"How much to get it towed to Hamilton?" I asked

"Tow off the highway, impound fees, tow to Hamilton - $700 bucks"

I was flabbergasted.

"Keep it" I told them

"Pardon me" she says

"Keep it, the car is a 12 year old Citation, and the engine is blown. How much do you figure that is worth?"

"What do you mean?" she says

I explained the situation and told her to have a look under the hood.

2 minutes later, "$200 bucks and we'll tow it to Hamilton"

"Deal" I said.
