Question Passing the MBLEx Exam Certification

I have a question, do most massage therapy school graduates pass the MBLEx certification exam in the U.S. on the first try? Seems most students really struggle and really waste a lot of time and money by not being able to pass. I think graduates should better prepare by possibly taking the MBLEx as soon as they can after graduating while the knowledge is still fresh in their brains or if they've waited too late use some type of tutor or study guide. In order to get your massage therapy license in the U.S. you must pass the MBLEx. Anyone have any good advice?
