Hello all.
I’ve been hanging around this forum for a couple of years and never really contributed. I’ve always enjoyed reading other MB’s accounts of their trips..so…here’s mine.
Firstly, I’m not going to bore you to death with incidental detail, like which plane we caught or how long it took to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. Exactly what we did, and on which particular day is also kind of a blur…so you’ll just have to bear with me.
Arrived in Bangkok in the middle of Jan this year (sorry it’s taken so long to write this up but that really is another storyuch: ) for a two week holiday. As tradition goes we had our first drink in the Why-Not bar, it’s just off that busy intersection near Nana. Now, we’re a couple of old boys both in our late 40’s and we usually keep ourselves very much to ourselves. However, on that particular night we got talking to a lad from London, nice kid, I’d say he was about 35 ishhhh. It was his first time in LOS and he asked if he could team up with us. ‘Yes’, we said, no problem. ‘We’ll show you the ropes.’ He stayed with us for the whole two weeks and we learnt more from this newbie than you could imagine.
Headed into Nana, and had a couple of beers in the first bar on the right hand side as you walk in. Soz, can’t remember the name of the bar. We have a nickname for every bar we go into, that one is called flappy’s - after the unfortunate size of a certain BG’s genitalia.
‘I fancy a go-go bar’ says Joe, our new friend. (Name changed to protect the bewildered). Now it’s time to fess-up, I’ve been to LOS four times and never once been in a go-go…sad…but true. Always thought they would be seedy places. How wrong was I ???? Quick march into the first go-go in Nana, and a new wonderful world opened up. Joe lasted about ten minutes before a stunning girl came over and sat on his lap. 5 mins later my mate pulls…and then…I pulled. I say pulled but really I think she took one look at me and thought ‘he’ll sleep through most of this’ WRONG. Had a drink with her in the club and then headed back to the Majestic. I’d say she was in her early thirties, pretty, and a great body. Now I’m going to cut this bit short - try as she might there was no way I was going to…erh…you know. Maybe it was the drink or maybe it was because it was my first night and I was jet lagged, but it just never happened. Anyway now I’m 2000b down and feeling kinda hard done by, so I get dressed and have a beer in one of those bars that they set up each night just outside the Majestic. That is where I met ….
No problem if you want to hear more, or, if on the other hand, if you’ve heard it all before, and the image of an old white guy bouncing up and down on a 30 something BG is burning an image that will have you waking up in cold sweats …just say…I won’t be offended.
