i've been offered a position with a new spa as a lead therapist. as lead, i'd help train the other therapist on pre& post natal therapies, help set the standards and have potential opportunity for part ownership. i have 2yrs exp as a therapist and am currently working parttime as an ind cont for this other massage center. i'd be an employee with this new spa with benefits. but what i'm not sure about is what the starting pay is or should be. any advice?
