Guys, I know the usual advice with indys is to pay later. In many cases the lady has not asked for money upfront, actually that's happened quite a bit surprinsingly.

Here is my question, a few times (not just in CR either) I've had a gal really bust my balls about the pay being upfront. Once I didn't trust the lady (I think this was in Argentina, not CR just to be clear) and so I said no and she ended up leaving after making a huge scene, calling the front desk to complain, and so on. If a girl is pushing for the pay upfront, do you usually just give in or how does one handle such a situation? One strategy I have used is to pay a low base pay (20% under) and then promise a good tip as long as the session is good. This has worked pretty well for me the few times I've used it. What's worked best for you guys?

I usually clarify this issue up front with the chica before going to the room, telling them I do not pay up front. If the chica is not in agreement with this.....I abort the mission.

If the girl is really sticky about it, I try to sound understanding about it. I know that many of them have been burned in the past. I will show them the money, fan out the 20's in front of them, and then lay it on a table away from the bed. My experience... seeing the money seems to set them at ease and convince them that it's not a scam. If they don't react well to that, I assume that they are trying to scam me.

I think I have only been asked once for the money upfront in my last 35 (all different women), or so, sessions with independents. I said no, and she dropped it immediately. This was not the case on my first couple of visits to CR. I wasn't worth sh*t in the interview process. Wide Willie was doing the thinking for me. :shock:

I the interview process, and the time prior to leaving for the room, has much to do with this, IMJ. If there is no instant connection, on a non-verbal level, I just smile and NEXT!!! Use your eyes, and look into hers intently, they tell you truly how she really "sees" you. They will not, and cannot, lie!!! I spend some time with them, even if it is non verbal, letting them know that I intend to satisfy them. How you touch a lady physically in the beginning is just as important, if not more, than any words you may say (thank goodness since my Espanol is kindergarten, at best). As you touch her, find out where she likes being touched, and how she likes being touched. Just as the eyes don't lie, her body will tell you what she likes, and desires. She should be as ready as you by the time you leave for the room.

This has worked well for me on my last two trips to CR. Last weekend in TJ I was surprised that she didn't ask up front. As a matter of fact, she never mentioned it. She just thanked me when i handed it to her after we were dressed and leaving. There was no doubt in their minds I would pay, or that we were going to give each other one hell of a ride. We had already connected on a non-verbal level.

Let the flaming begin, it works for me. 8)

For the independents, I never pay up front. Ocasionally I will place the money on the television so that she can see that I have it. I had one girl,grab the money off of the television and tell me that it wasn't enough. I just grabed it right back from her and explained that this was it or she could get out. She backed down once I showed her I was in control of the situation. Turned out to be a really good session and I will repeat with her. If you show these girls a firm hand they tend to get the message.

One girl REALLY got bothered with the idea of not getting the money first. At first I thought she was trying to scam me, but I had never had someone protest so much. I started to realize that she really was scared that I wasn't going to pay her. Once again, I told her it was pay later or she could walk her ass home. She gave in and we had a great session.

At the end, she had this down look on her face like she expected me to cheat her. When I paid her she seemed shocked. I had never seen someone so greatful for getting paid after sex as her. She works in the tico bars and told me that she NEVER fucks before getting paid because the Ticos will often just refuse to pay afterwards. We had several sessions after that one (all holes open for business) and she never again asked for the money up front. She didn't even bother counting it when I gave it to her.

What's to keep an unhappy chica from just grabbing it anyway, as happened to me in an Asian massage parlor one time. :? Placing the money on the table seems to me to make the issue..."a gray area." I prefer this issue to be "black or white."

I think a chica who wants the money up front, and the gringo who feels he has to compromise by putting the money on the table....is getting the session off "to a bad start."

It is best if there is "good chemistry" from the "git-go," eliminating any feelings of distrust between the two parties involved. 8)

I've only had one chica grab the money, and in that case I took it right back from her. The only time I ever paid up front was my WORST session ever. About 90% of the time I don't have to bother putting the money on a table. However, there are some chicas (especially those who usually deal only with ticos) that are legitimately concerned about not being paid at the end of a session. Once I express my legitimate concerns they agree on the compromise.

Regarding the quality of the session, I haven't experienced any poor performance or bad attitude using that technique, but then again, I am VERY careful to weed those types out as much as possible before going back to my apartment/hotel room. One thing I have noticed is that for the ones that were afraid I would not pay them at the end, when I did pay them they were very greatful and our repeat sessions were fantastic. Often, the girls would just hang out afterwards or before.

Fun story, a Colombiana who works at the Del Rey that I picked up some place else (for much less) became one of my semi-favoritas. I was in the del rey to have a drink and she stops by. We talk a bit and she asks me if she can come home with me. I regretably inform her that I wasn't planing on geting a chica, so I didn't have much cash on me (just enough for my drinks and taxi) and won't be able to get any until tommorow. She says "no problem, you can pay me the next time you see me." :shock:

We had a great session (one of my few all nighters) and she left in the morning. I didn't see her again for a few days (even though I looked) and when I did I paid her for the session. She later told me since I was "good people" she didn't worry about the money right then because she knew I would pay her later. So much for hardcore Colombianas

I place it on a table and tell them it's theirs after we finish. I don't put any propina out there either. If they were to put that money in their pocket before we finished it would be the same as stealing it.

Good chemistry dosen't always come with trust. It has very little to do with it in the chicas eyes. She's a working girl and having good chemistry with us is part of her job if she wants to make much money. It's hard to get one to truely trust you until she feels she knows you. They get short-changed and ripped off by a-holes too often to trust that easy.

Best to let her know before hand,she can then make an informed decision. Paying all up front can decrease her output,she got hers already. Recently I've told several half up front and if she does a good job I will pay the rest . If her performance is weak, I ask her what happens? Some are firm on the all upfront and I let them walk most of the time. Sometimes you see one you just gotta have Many have offered options if I'am not satisfied. Give it a try...what do you have to lose...another one is usually waiting and watching for her turn

On my last trip, I had three chicas ask for the plata upfront. I told them that I would pay them afterward. I don't put any money on the desk. I guess I was sincere enought for them to belive me cause non of them walked. Also, I told to turn off the cell phone.

New girl Jumana was at the SL with her friend (prima) julianna/stacy. julianna must have had at least 3 conversations on the cell while we were in the room. they BOTH got irritated when i tipped jumana but not julianna. next time, hang up the phone.

In my independent experiences in 4 LA countries, only 2 girls have asked me for money upfront, one in CR and one in Rio. The one in CR seemed trustworthy, so I let it go. BBBJ, anal and CIM, so I can't complain about the service

The one in Rio was one of my worst sessions EVER. She was soooooo incredibly hot, spunky, but very cocky. I negotiated everything upfront with her (3 hours, 3 pops, bbbj, daty, anal) for $150. She was about a 9 out of 10, so she was a bit more expensive than all the others at the club.

Got back to my hotel room and she immediately demanded the money upfront. I did not feel that this one was trustworthy, so I told her no. She got pretty demanding, and in order to avoid ruining the session altogether, and I did fear that she would make a scene at the hotel, I agreed to 1/2 ($75) upfront and 1/2 at the end of 3 hrs. She keep begging me for an hour for the remaining $75 :evil:

Well, lo and behold, no bbbj. She claimed that she did not understand my Portuguese, which is bullshit. I looked up my "key phrases" ahead of time, and asked her several times at the bar so there wasn't any misunderstanding. Lame-ass cbj. She would not let me play with her pu*sy, daty, anal, nothing. Seemed all too premeditated.

Needless to say, after 1 hour, I wanted her to leave with only one lame pop on the board. Good thing it only cost me $75. Moral of the story...NEVER pay the full freight upfront :!:
