Percentage to pay

What would be a good perceneforum.xxxe ratio when working at a facility that is well known and supplies everything (basically, all you have to do is show up). They also have a receptionist that knows a lot about massage and is there to make appointments, etc. I know that some people have mentioned working for a chiropractor and getting a 65/35% split or even 70/30%.  These two places have offered me 40 % with a review in 90 days and then the possibility of it going up. They have a large clientele and everyone in town has been there at least once. I know of several places similar to this that have the same split.  There are two facilities like this.  The cost of the massages are $75.00/hr for one place and $50.00 for the other. Is this worth it? I just don't want to be taken advaneforum.xxxe of.Thank you in advance for you help.

Hijust my 2 centsIf I walk away with $25 a massage after all expenses,tips not included, I feel Im doing ok.Im currently at the 70/30 split, me 70 them 30.  I do alittle scheduling, my own laundry and supply everything else needed oils,sheets,music,table etc.  I have my own room (best perk).If you are full time15-25 massages a week its not bad pay.  You have to ask, do I want the freedom-responsibility of being on my own or do I want a job with some concessions.peaceCrystal
