Pet Peeves

Hi everyone!

Gee it has been a while since I have posted something that was not for admin duties hehe. They keep me busy! I was just reading the 4x4 discussion on another thread and thought a great topic might be pet peeves. What is your pet peeve? You know, the one thing that gets under your skin and just really peeves you off! Mine is time wasting hehe. I can not stand it when people waste my time. Maybe that comes Reviewom being efficient.

What annoys you?

If I started banging on about my pet peeves. It would probably make, Stpen King's The Stand, J.R.R. Tolkeen's Lord Of The Rings trylogy and the Bible, look like small pamphlets. Can you imagine if you will. In the begining Colin pissed off about something. Then a hole stack of chapters and verses latter. My owns verson of the book of reverlations. Or if you will what might piss Colin off in the future. take for example. Yeah that beast with ten horns really gave me the shits. And the Whore Of Babylon, was a bit of a dud in the sack. Well it wouldn't be a pretty sight now would it.

Pet peeves really do get people cranky don't they hehe. Come now, there must be one you can think of that you can have a little rant about :wink:

Good Thread

This is a good thread because it activates discussion and thought. I have a few pet peeves. People who make loud noises at night at parties. You know that one fella with the loud laugh who wants the whole neighbourhood to know he is having a good time. Then that one women with that screeching irritating laugh/giggle. I don't mind if it is a "one-off" but you know sometimes there is just that couple on the street that make sure you can't sleep every Saturday night.

Actually, just a private note here, under Tort this is encroaching on my ability to enjoy my property and therefore IS trespass. I have yet to ever take action and my street is now a quiet one anyway but I am dead correct. Now, I do quite a bit of work at home and I have a sensitivity to noise like dripping taps so this issue is probably not a biggy to others.

My pet peeve

Dear Tracy_au.
My pet peeve is the buzzer in a brothel letting you know that your time is up!!!
"Aha" I hear you saying "Well why are you going to a brothel with so many lovely private ladies about?"
Well the truth is I do visit private ladies as often as possible! However I am also a bit of a nocturnal animal and sometimes find myself on the prowl in the wee small hours heading for an establishment because I am not brave or stupid enough to try ringing a private lady at 2am in the morning!!!
Dammit I hate those buzzers!
