Pickering Angels pricing

I would really appreciate some clarification with PA's pricing.
On their website, http://www.pickeringangels.com/rates_and_services.htm, says $100 for 30 Min NR, does this include Room fees? or $100 all in (room fee and NR fee).
Also, no BS option?

They are open. As far as I could tell from my visit last week, their renovations are done. I don't think they were ever closed.

As mentioned before:

$100 for a 30 minute NR

In regards to a BS, the reason why they don't list it is that some MPAs are not comfortable giving one therefore it is excluded. Ask your MPA if she does this, doesn't hurt to ask and they have heard it before, if yes then expect to pay $20 to $30 extra maximum.

$120 to $130 for a 30 minute BS
