I'm currently studying reflexology - and we have been given this assignment and maybe i'm reading the question wrong, but can someone please help me...

Question: List local and general contra indication checks that are essential to be made before commencing a treatment

I thought i had to list the contra indications but that is another question, what would i put here?

Thanks in advance for any help - it is much appreciated
