Police in massage parlours?

Does anybody know if bylaws in Toronto allow the police to enter into massage parlours?

Yep. That's why they have peepholes in the doors: so the police can check for hanky-panky. What *I* wanna know is how many undercover policemen are getting serviced every night as part of their investigations, and putting it on their expenses.

ahhhh the cops have better things to do... its the bylaw officers that peep into the rooms most of the time not the cops.

In Toronto, if police formally enter into a bawdy house (aka massage parlour) on a warrant, they are normally accompanied by municipal by-law officers who are there to lay charges under municipal by-laws at the same time. Normally, the place is busted not so much because of prostitution but failure to be licensed.
