TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Tallahassee Police Department and the State Attorney’s Office are following up on a case involving unwanted touching by a man at a local massage parlor and spa.
Authorities say two incidents were reported to have occurred while the victims were having massages at the O'Chi Massage N Spa in the Governor's Square Mall. The victims filed police reports in July regarding unwanted advances and touching by the suspect.
Police say the suspect, Kaichen Zhang, was arrested for battery and booked into the Leon County Jail on September 6th.
TPD and State Attorney’s Office have concerns that there may be additional victims or witnesses related to these incidents.
