SKIPPACK TWP., Pa. - Three people are facing prostitution charges after a state police investigation at a Montgomery County massage parlor.
It started with a complaint from a "concerned citizen" about suspicious activity at Skippack Acupressure in Skippack Township, according to a police news release.
On various dates, undercover troopers went to the business and solicited sex acts from staff there, police said.
Investigators executed a search warrant at the massage parlor on Jan. 23 around 3:15 p.m. Police found numerous items, including about $4,000 cash, that indicated the parlor housed prostitution, police said.
Three people are facing charges.
Sandy Kim, 62, of Flushing, New York, is charged with managing a house of prostitution, criminal conspiracy, possessing an instrument of crime and other prostitution related offenses.
Ae Bong Cho, 46, of Flushing, New York, and An Il Byoung, 51, of Voorhees, New Jersey, are charged with numerous counts of prostitution and related offenses.
All three have been released pending court appearances.
State police said Skippack Township has been contacted regarding the licensing of the business and illegal activity taking place.
