Poly at Palms - pain redefined (good pain)

Went to the palms as in the Craigslist ad below.

Legitimate massage, no extras (none offered and was afraid to ask). Nice amenities. Locker for clothing, offered water and a cooler there too, towels, terri robes (that would fit if two shorter in height and circumference) and that sort of thing. Sauna & steam sauna. Only oddity is changing area by lockers behind screen with mirror positined so screen completely ineffective.

Poly (thats what name sounded like), from mainland China was the masseuse. Held towel to not to be offended by my hideousness while I removed robe to lay on table. Asked if hard or soft. Asked for hard. It was hard. Ocaissionally asked if too hard or hurt, think this was only to make sure she was indeed massaging too hard or causing hurt cause if said yes then got more of it. That said though, massage was best I ever had whether from physiotherapist, kinesioligists (or however that is spelled) or RMTs. Couple of tender spots today but okay. Massaged neck, back, legs (tried to fold me in half and in threes I think), feet, arms, hands, and then with the same towel blocking maneuver got me sitting and massaged more of neck and head. Really tried to get all the knots out and again, excellent massage. Something like 40 for facilities, 15 mandatory tip, tipped an extra 25 for an even 80 and still felt I got a good deal.

Had hoped to meet up with Rain(e) but one you blocked me out so will have to wait and this was good find. But only partake periodically so will have to wait a little longer.

That place must be new as I've never seen it before. I had to laugh when you asked her to go easier and she went harder - been there done that! Actually the worst of that was a massage I got from a professional RMT in her 60s where I was sore for days after.

I've been to Green Tea Spa a few times. For a massage only place they are pretty good. Nice decor too. May try the "watsu" next time (some shower contraption they have that blasts you with jets of water).
