I an a student coming to the end of my course and coming to the end of my case studies.
I have a 32 year old lady who has had polycysic ovary syndrome since she was 21. She is in good health and has 4 chikdren 2 naturally , 2 with medical assisance. I am just about to give her treatment 10 we were really aiming to maybe start her menstrual cycle, the pcos cause skin problems and weight gain.
There has been no chancge in the pcos. I give a full tretment and then re do reproductive, endocrine lower spine hip and pelvis again, Is there anything else I can do to help this lady I really had hoped for some change although she since having the treatments she feels really calm and relaxed about life in general ( her knees dont hurt any more either) Am I just being too optomistic about my abilites?
