Seriously, there are lots of places, but most of the tables are shit. I have found that Dragon just up Bangla road is a good place. 20 baht a game, nice little thai girls set up the balls for you and it is good tables.

There are many good bars to play pool , everwhere you go you should see the odd bar/restaurant with pool table.
My personal fave is inside Dragon Disco which is on the second floor of Soi Easy , walking up Bangla rd from the beach it is easy to spot & is on the left hand side , look for the Kangaroo bar on the right hand side & its almost right opposite. When you walk up the stairs , the pool tables are in the front & the disco at the back , good waitress service (they even rack up the balls for you ) and plenty of nice looking local talent to be spotted there too.
