Does anyone have any suggestions for helping a shoulder that's popping. Feels like something is snagging near my front deltoid and the muscles will occassionally sieze up until I get it to pop a few times by rotating my arm outwards (rather forcefully and quickly). Until I do that it's impossible to raise my arm in anyway. It's quite loud, and painful. Today I'm finding that if I can get my shoulder to relax, it almost feels like something slips back into place and I can move again fairly painfree. My therapist worked on it yesterday and that's helped quite a bit - I have another appointment tomorrow too since it's still pretty uncomfortable though. From what I could find searching online, it sounds like a subluxuation or biceps tendonitis. Thoughts?
