I'd stay away from camp stools. I had 2 therapists fall on their backsides when the camp stools broke........on one, a leg collapsed and on the other, the material gave way. These were not cheap stools and the therapists weren't big. Plus, you have to lift them and move them every time you want to move to another part of the body.
I've had my 5-legged adjustable Earthlite stool for 5 years. It's great for rolling from one side to the other (even on carpet). They go for about $80 and you can get them with a removable back. Having no back makes you sit up straighter and you don't have to worry about which side is front or back. And when you're done with the stool, just give it a gentle push with your foot out of the way. You can keep on working with no interruptions. I have an Earthlite chair which comes with a travel bag on big wheels. I just take bungi cords and lash the stool to the chair bag and pull the whole unit as one. The price might be steep at first, but the flexibility and durability is very much worth it.
