postcards mailing

I bought some cool postcards from massage warehouse and sent them out to every client I have not seen for a few weeks...just to say Hi...I got a huge response...though I will buy them fom vista print next time as the shipping at massage warehouse cost more than the order I placed ($10 for 20 postcards and $11 shipping on 20 postcards...

dorraine, you did not seriously get charged $11 for shipping those postcards did you?? :shock: :shock: :shock: what the ? i'd call someone at customer service and make a complaint. that's crazy.

i am trying to remember who i ordered my cards from. i loved my postcards and i ordered something like 500 and didn't pay as much for shipping as you did.

We get ours from http://www.informationforpeople.com and it's even FREE shipping (with orders over $25)

We use them to send cards for birthdays (offering $5 off in the month of your birth) and for clients who haven't been in for a massage in 3 months (also offering $5 off, good for 30 days) and we get very good results this way.

Sometimes it's just a nice friendly reminder that jars their memory....they'll go to their mailbox and see the card and go "oh yeah, a massage would be great now" and then they call to make an appointment.

http://www.vistaprint.com gets my vote for postcards. They often times give you 100 for free, you just pay shipping.

I have to say, vistaprint gets my vote too. You can virtually do anything with a postcard there, nowdays. Change fonts, styles, the front, the back, add pics and change the color scheme. I make what I like and then when they have a huge sale, like what recently occurred, I order a few sets of 100. In the most recent case, it was 100 for free with S&H only to be paid. I paid $10.95 for teh S&H and that was it. I got post cards to mail to clients and made the other postcards into giftcertificates for area businesses that wanted them. It worked out great.

On the MW cards... how did you fill out the back? I don't think they'd go through a printer very well, and I really didn't think about handwriting them... :?

I know labels will be fine for addresses... but, the message?
