I have utilized postcards for the past few years, and I think its time I start using email instead. Im not getting a good response anymore with the cards, maybe I should just use them as a "thank for" for the first visit? With the price of stamps going up every year (dont seeem like a big deal til you have to mail out 200+ postcards!!), and email being FRE for now!! Anyone have their clients on an email list? Send out newsletters this way? Do you get a decent response from email?

I use Constant Contact for my e-mail newsletters. I get a good response every single time I send out a newsletter. I keep it at one newsletter per month and occasionally send an additional one if I need to let them know something in between. I will sometimes send out a blast to let them know of available appointments for the week so I fill the book. Or, if we are scheduled for a snow storm, I will send out an e-mail with tips on how to shovel properly and remind them that I'm here if they need me for massage.
