Does anyone have any advice for postural training?
I have recently started becoming more aware of my body and 'listening' to it. I feel that I am standing in a S fashion (from the front) and also my pelvis tilts forward a long way. ie it isn't nuetral, and my bum and stomach poke out.
I also feel that I have a problem around the C1-C2. like my head isn't quite sitting in the atlas properly. Does anyone know how I can correct this.
