so i have an ad in a local mag about the last room that is available for rent. someone called last week and left a message saying very interested, pls call me at this number tomorrow (saturday). i called the number, someone answered, said person wasn't there.
that night at 8:55, this person left a msg on my machine returning my call. i called back, no answer. left msg with my cell#, no return call. (you see where this is headed by now, i'm sure.)
on tuesday, i get a call right before i'm about to leave for the day, asking if this person can stop by. said has been waiting @ a restaurant for a party for an hour and the party hasn't arrived, so this person thought they would just come over to see the space. (i am already not impressed with the communication issues) so apparently i'm an afterthought... i said, if you can come now fine. 30 minutes later, nothing. 40 minutes, i walked out the door and went home.
she made it at an hour and ten minutes past the time that she called, and because she doesn't have a phone she went to all of the other offices in the complex asking to use theirs and leaving messages on my machine.
so of course the answer is no. my question is: do i tell her WHY it's no or do i waste my time?
