Hi everyone. Now I don't really want to be another forum newbie that posts their problem as asks, what should I do. So in lieu of that, I ask that if anyone has any insight where I can find out what surgeries are performed for various conditions. I have been hunting for a couple of days to find out how they might fix my back with surgery, but to no avail. For those who are interested I will put my problems below...
I have two herniated/bulging discs, I apperantly suffer from degenerative disc disease (which I never really knew was a disease, those it was caused by trauma of some sort), and I have a broken transverse process on one of my lumbar vertebrea (the broken vertebrea is the one between the two problematic discs).
So I, not being a doctor, at this point am figuring that the broken tranverse process has caused the other problems. I also wonder if there is another term for a broken transverse process.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, particularly when it comes to an online resource where I can find out more about back surgery...specific to my problems.
