Pre conception reflexology

hey guys, my friend has been trying for a baby for the past two years and wants to try reflexology to see if it willhelp. any tips on what would be the best reflexes to work? the fallopian tubes and ovaries would be the main ones i think.....or would reflexology even help improve her fertility???

The best advise I would give you, is for your friend to get a Massage Therapy with Acupressure techniques for Pre-Conseption.

Reflexology can certainly help. I would advise that both parties are treated as toxins have an effect on both mum and dad. To maximise the benefits of the treatments, I would advise that they look on the Foresight website and have a go at their diet as I have had excellent reports about it's success in preconceptual care, leaing to conception.

Hi Bombshell, I think you are right with the reflexes, I would also concentrate on good relaxation moves. I had a client in a similar position and suggested that perhaps both of them could use the relaxation moves at hometo try and ease the stress. Laura Norman's book is worth a look for advice on this aspect.
