Just oredered 'precision reflexology' by Jan Williamson. thank you Trinabeanbag and cant wait to read it, hopefully will do a course at end of the year,not sure if there are any in Ireland though.
I have tried linking some endocrine points on friends and you can really feel the 'buzz' between the points and Im sure that has to be positive.

Received my book today but am a little dissapointed as the reflex points are different to what I have learned and Im wondering will I get the same results or should I use those in the book.
