I have treated people with restless leg (not pregnancy induced) using Reflexology. Although it didn't completely solve the problem, it did seem to lessen it slightly and relax them helping them to feel less stressed and anxious about the restless legs. I suggest my clients soak their feet in warm water, get someone to massage the area, and to tense and relax the muscles starting from toes up to buttocks each muscle in turn to help relax and to see if will release any tension. As for reflexes I work the spine to help the nerveous system, the leg reflexes, circulatory system, pituitary, pineal and solar plexus.
As for the pregnancy mask, you could work on the excretary system, lymphatic, and circulatory system. The skin seems to be effected quite significantly during pregnancy. The skin is the last organ to get nutrients in our body and during pregnancy their is extra demand for nutrients so it gets even less so people get dry skin, spots, discolouration etc. The pregnancy mask or chloasma is caused by hormonal changes so I would work the endocrine system too. Generally this rectifies itself after pregnancy (it can take a couple months after the birth) but in some cases, discoloured areas can remain. Advise them to protect themselves from the sun (use sunblock, where a hat, etc.) and regularly moisturise the skin.
