I'm 15 weeks pregnant and scheduled a prenatal massage. They wanted to make sure I wasn't in first trimester and it kinda freaked me out cause there must be risks. Is it safe? Also this is my first massage
 
It's not a normal massage, there are certain pressure points that can trigger labor or a miscarriage. So the massage they give you tends to avoid those areas (such as the bottom of your foot). I wouldn't worry, these people are trained for these massages.

Enjoy it though!
