If you're just starting out, why not try to sublet from another therapist (if there are any in your area) a couple of days a week? You could work at a wellness center or an established massage therapy establishment and do a split where you wouldn't have to assume all the expenses related with renting your own roon.
Maybe you could find a new graduate (call your school) or a part-timer where you could share your expenses, at least in the beginning. Once you have built a regular client base, then you would be in a better financial position to support renting on your own.
