School is STILL AWSOME.......we just finished our midterm, and I have to take it over, but this time I will be prepared. Now we are learning Sensory Repatterning. I LOVE that modality......since I will be working with Seniors with that modality. When I am receiving, it is really hard for me to "let go". Anyone else have that problem? How do you get over it?

I had days in school I could totally let go, and days I just couldn't. Usually it was because I was so focused on learning what I was recieving so that I could repeat it, I couldn't relax my mind. It sounds like that might be what you are doing - you're so busy learning. I found that if I gave myself permission, "this one time" to not learn, I could lose myself in the massage. I learned as much or more, then, so go for it! (I give YOU permission, now!)
