hi can anyone help
i have had a lower back problem for a long long time which causes problems now and then.
More recently it keeps going into spasm, I have also started with a really painful left shoulder and for the past couple of year get numbness in both hands and fingers often but mainly during the night and especially in the morning..
Docs dont seem interested.
Can anyone help please?

Twisted pelwis causes problems to low, mid and upper back.

there is a saying;

if you think you can or think you can't ...... you are probably right. Myofascial release could help as could looking at your own posture

I had an awful episode with lower back spasms three weeks ago, where it took me 20 minutes to get out of bed! Luckily, I was travelling with Ross Emmett (Emmett Technique) and he was able to get me back on my feet within 5 minutes! Since then, I have treated at least 20 people with similar symptoms and similar results.

Emmett is likely also to be able to address issues with your shoulder and hands. I am not sure where you are, but if you want to PM me, I can put you in touch with your nearest Emmett therapist.
