Hi all,
I've been suffering from overly-lax tendons/ligaments around my sacroiliac joint for the last year or so and it looks like the way forward it prolotherapy. I got this problem form practicing yoga incorrectly. I've saw a physio and a chiropractor who have both confirmed that this is what the problem is, however haven't quite finished with the chiropractor yet.
So has anyone saw a prolotherapist in Scotland? Anyone had any success with one?
I have found only one person who does Prolotherapy in Scotland on this website -
http://www.bimm.org.uk/Prolotherapy-Practitioners.shtml
I've had no recommendation for them though. Just wondered if anyone had any more advice they could give me/steer me in the right direction?
Much appreciated folks,
Sirius.
