TLDR: how do you clean yourself?

Like anyone one this forum I have read your glowing reviews of PM and I have been asked by a couple MT if i wanted PM; so far I have said no because I hadn't read the reviews on the specific MT for their abilities on that specific technique and I'm not willing to leave it up to just any provider.

I have had a bit of external play from some girls (tongue and fingers) and it really doesn't do much for physical stimulation (mentally its nice to have a partner that is down with anything). plus it inadvertently gets some taint action and that is freakin awesome.

Skills of the PM MT are well reviewed and I will go to one of them when I'm ready. but feel free to add your favs here if you like.

The big worry is the cleanliness. I am really good with showering when offered and I always use wipes before I leave the house.
I'm concerned about internal. and i am hoping you all can put together your own personal methods and advice.

I will be sure to share my 1st experience if/when it all goes down

Be fasted

As in don’t eat for 12 hours before. The tank should be empty.

For internal residue a quick douche flush should do the trick

Fiber, good diet, practice at home, douche as much as needed until clean about an hour before. Do not put too much water in as all you need to clean is the rectum. Any further up and it takes a lot longer as you start cleaning out your colon.

I agree with the douche/enema comments. Technically you shouldn’t have to but I do if I think there is going to be any action down there.

If you haven’t explored prostate play yet, I suggest you spend some time on your own. When I did, I couldn’t see what the big deal was. I kept revisiting and became more comfortable with it. Before long? Yup. I found out what the big deal was, then I saw providers.
