As for prostate massage, if it is for sexual gratification, it's no different than a HJ for criminal code purposes. But I think there are more immediate by law issues. Don't think MPAs are licensed to probe inside orifices.

For an act to be illegal, there has to be some actual legislation somewhere—federal, provincial, municipal or criminal—saying it is. Unless you can include it in the shadowy category of things just so wrong that no one ever thought they'd need to write a specific law. When we did have such a need, we invented the 'crimes against humanity'; 'common law' sorta fits there too.
