Puffy bladder reflex on a baby

Hi,

As a recently qualified reflexologist with a six month old baby, I am wondering what the significance is of my son's bladder reflex being puffy since he was born. His urine output is normal - I am presuming that it a) it's just the shape of his/a baby's foot or b) because they are drinking so much milk that their bladder is filling up constantly. I am also guessing that as he starts replacing these feeds with more solid food that this reflex will flatten out.. Any ideas on this?
