Put Much Thought in Your Screen Name ?

I was on massageplanet.net the other night at a friend's house showing her, instead of explaining, what massageplanet.net is about.
She got a kick out my name. I did not understand at first.
She gave me a look and I just burst out laughing, she joined in and after about 5 minutes I finally was able to explain.

A short explaination of my screen name.
There was a NFL player named Craig "Ironhead" Heyward who played for New Orleans, as well as several other teams. I liked the player and thought the nickname was great.
He lost a battle with cancer in '06 at the age of 39.

She is not a football of any sort, so she obviously was thinking of a different ironhead. lol


My question to you is
What went into your screen name ?
Did you put much thought into it or was it the first thing that popped into your head ?
