Putting stools together/taking them apart

Questions:

- How do I put the casters ON to my new stool?

- How do I get the seat off of the pole and the pole off of the leg assembly and the casters off of the legs on my old stool?

And for extra credit: why do massage stools not come with any instructions?

LOL. Sorry I'm no help, but I appreciate your sense of humor about it.

In my opinion, worse than no instructions are picture instructions. I need WORDS, people, WORDS!!!!

I hope someone can help you ASAP.

Sorry....I'm no help either. My stool came already put together.

Hopefully we have some more "mechanically" inclined posters who can help.

All the stools I have out together everything just snapped in, grant it took a few hours of figuring that out and they snap right out as well.

To ship it. One of them is going back.

Although now I'm undecided:

Stool A
- Pro: Thicker, more padded cushion
- Con: Less range of height

Stool B
- Pro: Great range of height
- Con: seat could get uncomfortable if I learn to do something that will require sitting in it a lot

Oh, Stool A also has:
- Pro or con: a removable seat back (yay more options) that I will probably never use (great, more for storage)
- The one I have will go back one way or another because it was damaged in shipping
