Q Spa - 4465 Sheppard Ave E - 20 minutes is the new 30 Minutes and not in a good way

Went there paid for 30 minute massage and customary extras, confirmed arraignments and payment upfront. Got a 5 minute massage and then the extras which took us to 20 minutes so I asked her if she could do a head massage. Lily said: "no time was up.". I told her I paid for 1/2 hour plus extras, that is what we discussed. She just said no - time is up.

Even the extras were mediocre. She is an older lady with a stretched out stomach from childbirth. The massage I did get was a 5/10. I could have tolerated all that if she had honored the 1/2 hour. it is a small spa and there was no other customers for the time i was there so it is not like she had to go cause someone was waiting. For the 20 minutes being the new thirty - I advise you to pass on this place.
