I've been to the LOS twice courtesy of the US Navy (Phuket both times) and now that I am going back in July as a civilian, I have a couple of questions.
My biggest question pertains to my wife coming with me on this trip. Now before you start thinking "that poor bastard", hear me out. My wife is bisexual and has a thing for asian girls. Just wondering what the BG attitude is towards having a woman pay their barfine and taking them back to the hotel for a bit of fun. I assured my wife that from what I have seen of the LOS in the past, that if you have the money, anything goes. From what I have been reading about the other members here on the board, everyone has been to the LOS waaayyy more times than I have, with even a few expats and bar owners on this forum, so am I right in telling her this or is their some Thai cultural thing against lesbians that I'm missing out on. Also, between the debauchery and while recovering from the hangovers we would like to do some sightseeing/snorkleing. Any places/things we must see and do?
I don't remember the Mai Tai bar from my last trip there (in 2002) but there is a lot about that trip I don't remember. We will have to definately stop in for a beer or six after having a look at your website.
