Does this actually help the body alot.. i worked construction this year and my backs been a little bit sore. I want to get a massage.. any suggestions?

And.. How do I get my massage covered by my mothers plan, ie health coverage.. i know she has the coverage, but what do I have to do.

The only way massage is covered by insurance is if it is prescribed as a therapy by a physician. The best type of physician to go to for this is a chiropractor. There are many chiropractic offices that employ massage therapists nowadays, and both chiropractic and massage, when done together, will certainly benefit you and take that back soreness right away.
