RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) The owner of a Radford massage shop is facing several more sexual battery charges.
David Flanagan Jr. is now charged with an additional 45 counts of sexual battery and two counts of animate object sexual penetration.
Flanagan was originally arrested last week and charged with 12 counts of sexual battery. When news of his arrest went public, several other women came forward about Flanagan Jr.'s sexual misconduct.
Flanagan is the owner of The Finest Hour Massage. He has been the manager and owner of the shop for eight months.
A search warrant was executed at the massage parlor on Dec. 15. Toshiba laptops, a Lenovo computer tower, a 2.8 GB disc, 5 SD cards and a Lexar 32 GB SD card were turned in.
He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond. Flanagan’s lawyer, James C. Turk Jr., asked for a bail hearing Monday morning.
Flanagan has listed addresses in Dublin, Pulaski, Radford and North Carolina. He is a graduate of Radford University.
