They are not going to fire any girls as they already have a problem recruiting girls. If they want to be able to recruit girls they need to do a better job of promoting the girls. I think Seductions does a much better job of marketing/promoting their girls then Premier. The only problem with Seductions is the drugs are out of control there.

I know they won’t fire girls, one of the attendants told me they have another spa opening near Airport but it’s been stalled due to lack of girls. That’s true seduction does a way better job at marketing and premier is a lot more strict with drugs so makes it harder to get girls.

All spas are having trouble recruiting because the talent pool to recruit from has been declining since COVID. On one hand you have girls that stick to online work or sugar daddies so they don't have to deal with too many people. On the other had you have girls that prefer working as escorts. These days the middle ground where spas recruit from is being filled with furloughed strippers that bring their hustler attitude.

That said Premier seems to be resting on their laurels. They don't do any advertising or marketing, and expect to trade off their name. But if the good girls leave and the new girls don't measure up, their reputation is going to decline, as it clearly is based on this thread.

Agreed! On twitter alone Seduction advertises all day and premier you never see anything! Only advertising from Premier is whenever Tiana tweets but it's usually her with her friends at a dinner and nothing to do with her spas lol
