That could be possible when you get familiar with a MPA but that could take months for her to get to know you and give you such benefits. I have known a legit Asain girl for more than a year and I have been nice to her; she did that to me without I asked (undraped and teasing crazy around the little boy upon turn over). Another legit girl gave me a HJ without I asked after many months visits. The list can go on and on. The key is, you have to be patience and spend months with a MPA that you have in mind. But would it not better off, if you go to any semi legit place and get it on your first visit.

I am not fond of self service but I heard from friends here, most legit girls don't care if you have been with her for a little while and a bit generous in tipping. Good luck.
