I have been visiting this place (behind Staples on the King George Hwy) for some time now and have tried different MPs. Her is a quick review:
Helen - plain looking but great personality and will offer most things but YMMV. Good service
Alex - Indocanadian who is a little overweight but gives a GREAT sensual massage and almost has you coming all over the table. I don't know if she offers FS as I don't indulge
Jessica - good looking and gives a long and teasing massage that, perhaps, goes on longer than you want but the ending is worth waiting for
Michelle - thin and shy. Attractive but boyish figure. Not a great massager but gets there in the end
Amy - Another good looking girl who is enthusiastic and worth seeing. I don't FS with any of them so I cannot give details of all the service options available.
Generally, I think it one of the better AMPs and you can sure of attractive grils and good service.

I have been going to this place for quite a while now as well. I find Michelle to be the best for me. She is cute with a great giggle. I pay her $$. and I think it well worth it. Some AMPs try to weed out some of the looky-loo's from real potential customers by asking for room fee up front before allowing one to assess the line-up. Very usual for money to be returned if you do not choose anyone. This is first time I know of where someone reports that $10 is kept back if you do not stay.

Maybe, these makes some kind of sense as a discouragement only in the case where someone is a frequent repeated looker-no-chooser. But this is not the situation you describe.

Many of the places I have been to ask for the room fee up front, but refund it ALL if no choice is made. I can understand it as a deterence to those that are not serious... and never had a hassle in getting a refund.

Never had any one suggest keeping any of it as a "charge"... sounds like a rip!
