Can some one help me...

I'm working on a client who is wanting help stopping smoking, however i can't remeber our tutor ever telling us where to work for helping the client giving up smoking

I seem to remember that, as with any addiction, the solar plexus is a good place to work. This reinforces positive self-image but also helps with relaxation when trying to recover from addiction. Also cover the areas affected by the toxins of smoking. So lungs, liver, kidneys.
