Hello All

I'm getting ready to hire a massage therapist to perform off-site chair massage events for our spa. I would like to offer this therapist a bonus for each client they massage, who then comes into the spa for a full service....

Just wondering what you, as a therapsit, would see as a fair $ amount for each client who you gave a chair massage to and then referred to "in-house".

I would say it depends on what you are charging the client. Perhaps it would be better to ask her what she is expecting in terms of a perceneforum.xxxe. I'm not sure what the perceneforum.xxxe split is around there but in this area it's around 15-25%. Perhaps you could just offer 15-25% of what that client does the first day as a one-time bonus.
