Hi, I'm doing a case study on my son in reflexology and his only presenting 'disorder' is hyperactivity. He can't sit still for a second and is often litterally climbing the walls. I was thinking maybe a course of short (one of the bigger problems is getting him to stay still for long enough) treatments before bed with loadsa relaxation techniques may help, but I am unsure which reflexes to work on during the treatment. I am guessing balancing the pituitary and adrenals to reduce the ammount of adrenaline being produced, maybe working the brain and spinal reflex to sooth the nervous system, chest and lungs to encourage deep relaxed breathing and solar plexus. Is this a good place to start or am I way off track??? I would be soooooo greatful to anyone with any advice or thoughts on the subject. If I am way off, I would be very open to critisism as it would prevent me from talking out of my backside and making a complete idiot of myself when it comes to writing the thing up!
Thanks
