Reflex student needing help

I am hoping to get some ideas as I am having trouble padding out an essay on the subject of centering and re-charging between reflex treatments.

Hi Finola,

Welcome to healthypages. You'll be amongst friends and like minded persons here for sure.

I'm not usually one for many words and not sure why you want to "pad" out the essay. If you have your view of what you think the salient points are, then go with that. Has the lecturer asked you to write a 200/300/400 word essay for instance?

From my persepective, if you think you are centred, you are, unless you're not. If you think you need re-charging, you do, unless you don't. It's all in the mind and whatever you feel is the right thing for you to do, then go with that. What do you think you could write?

Sorry my post wasn't very clear at all, the essay is with regard to centering for me not the client and what I could do to achieve this, I have a few ideas but cannot turn this into anywhere near the number of words requested.

My take on centering and re-charing is that you need to spend some time grounding your self between treatments. How I do this is:

Sit down, feet flat on the floor. Breathe deeply. Imagine roots going down from your feet towards the centre of the earth. Now imagine a white light coming down from the sky and through your crown, filling your whole body, going down into the earth. This white light fills your aura and then goes out into the room, then the whole world. Spend a few moments in this light. Now imagine the light going back from the centre of the earth, up into your body, and out through the crown. Open your eyes, yawn and stretch and you are grounded!
