Hi. I am on a VTCT reflexology course at present but am finding a real problem.
I have had atheletes foot for about 6 months so cant have any treatment done. Its only on the same toes on each foot. I have tried all the remedies on the market - lamisil, daktarin, canesten and the rest. Also tried teatree. Nothing is clearing it so went to my doctor who said its not bad enough for him to treat. I change my socks at least twice a day and more if I'm doing a lot of walking/exercise. I also use talc.
I did read in one of my books on reflexology that getting AF on these toes indicates a bladder problem but I seem to be fine. I do have asthma, fibromyalgia and psycotic depression but these are all under medicational control.
I really love reflexology and would love a treament. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks
Kirsty
